Erik is the Founder and Managing Partner of Riverlake Partners.
2003-2005 – CEO of CLEANPAK International, Inc., the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of air handling equipment for ultra clean room environments primarily for use in semi conductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
1989 to 2002 – Co-founder of Pacific Crest Securities, the Pacific Northwest’s largest independent financial services organizations. Served as CEO and Chairman from 1996 to 2002.
1986 to 1989 – Investment banker at PaineWebber in New York and PaineWebber’s Merger & Acquisitions Group in Chicago.
1982 to 1983 – Security Pacific Bank.
Erik has been an active private equity investor since 1989. In addition to Pacific Crest, Erik played an active role in guiding a number of companies as a director and an investor, including Wholesome and Hearty Foods, Applied Research, Morrow Snowboard Corporation, and CLEANPAK International, Inc. Erik is currently Chairman of HKZ Private Capital, Inc., was on the board of directors of Bastion Security, Guerdon Modular Buildings, and remains on the board of directors for Omega Morgan.
Over the years Erik has had direct investments and/or leadership responsibilities in industries including: financial services, consumer food products, air handling equipment, material handling, specialty chemicals, sporting goods, and plastic manufacturing. Additionally, through his leadership role at Pacific Crest, Erik has advised several high technology and communications companies in merger and acquisitions and financing transactions.
Erik received his M.B.A., with honors, from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. (double major) in economics and business administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Oregon. Erik is registered with the SEC and holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Erik is married with three children and enjoys golf, tennis, and fly fishing in his free time.

Vic is a Partner of Riverlake Partners.
1992 to 2003 – President of the Precision Interconnect Division of Tyco International, Ltd. (Tyco Healthcare Group), based in Wilsonville, Oregon. While at Precision Interconnect, Mr. Petroff led a strategic and operational turnaround creating the leading manufacturer of specialty high performance electronic interconnects for the global medical equipment industry, with over $160 million in annual sales, 1,400 employees, and manufacturing facilities in Asia, Mexico and Europe.
1986 to 1987 - Vice President of Strategic Planning at US Bancorp.
1981 to 1986 - Omark Industries. Vic held several positions in Finance and M&A Analysis at the corporate level and in Sales and Marketing at the divisional level. He ended his career at Omark as the National Sales Manager of the Cutting Tool Division.
Vic is on the Board of Directors for RPI and also serves on the board of Modo, Inc.
Vic has extensive background in building and operating successful businesses in the industrial and consumer products fields. Areas of particular expertise include: executing global growth strategies, OEM and consumer marketing, strategic leadership, global manufacturing, and corporate restructuring.
Vic received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1981 and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University in 1977.
Vic lives in Portland, has three children and enjoys golf in his free time.

Tom is the Chief Financial Officer of Riverlake Partners.
1996-2006 – Finance Consultant including providing CFO services to small businesses including a law firm, a manufacturing company and a real estate development group. He also provided consultant services for a budget and reporting software system to several financial companies including The Carlyle Group.
1982 to 1996 – Consolidated Freightways, Inc, a large trucking and transportation services organization. Served in several positions increasing in responsibility in the accounting and administrative areas.
Tom is on the boards of HKZ Private Capital, Inc., CPSI, Inc. and Terra Dynamics, Inc.
Tom has a considerable background in the accounting and administrative aspects of businesses in investment related services and the manufacturing industry.
Tom received his M.B.A. from the University of Portland’s Dr. Robert B. Pamplin School of Business Administration and a B.S. in business administration from Oregon State University.
Tom is married with two children and enjoys golf, hiking and skiing in his free time.
