Exited Portfolio Company

Pinnacle specializes in the custom design and production of high-end corporate exhibits, including large trade show exhibits and corporate briefing centers.   Pinnacle also provides overall event coordination services for its customers, as well as smaller, creative trade show exhibits based on pre-engineered, sourced platforms, and museum and visitor center exhibits.  Pinnacle provides a broad range of logistical support services for its customers, including, but not limited to, storage, shipping, set-up and breakdown, and maintenance of the exhibits.

In recent years, Pinnacle has grown into one of the leading full-service firms in the corporate exhibits market.  In doing so, the Company has emphasized its creative graphic design and engineering capabilities, together with outstanding customer service, to develop a strong position in the high-end custom exhibits market segment.  Today, Pinnacle’s services are in high demand by many large corporations, with highly visible national and global brands, that require constant exposure and support through various media, including major trade and end-user shows, corporate briefings, and large-scale events.  Pinnacle’s customers are mainly large, well known OEMs in a wide range of consumer and industrial markets.

Although Pinnacle has vast experience with international shows in Europe and Asia, the majority of its business is derived from serving its customers’ needs in the US market.

Pinnacle focuses on large, highly customized trade show exhibits and corporate briefing centers where it can apply its design and engineering expertise to help its customers achieve their goals in presenting their brands and products.  Pinnacle works directly with its customers’ marketing departments, and their outside advertising agencies and consultants, to fully understand their objectives, and become actively involved early in the design process.

Corporate briefing centers are highly customized environments, often constructed at a customer’s headquarters or main sales office, that provide showcases for introducing and demonstrating the customer’s products.  An example of a corporate briefing center built by Pinnacle is a 5,000 square foot “house” constructed within Microsoft’s main headquarters complex in Redmond, WA.

Typical construction of custom trade show exhibits and corporate briefing centers consists of custom millworking and assembly, which Pinnacle performs in-house.  Customers make frequent visits to Pinnacle’s production facilities during the construction phase to check on progress and offer input on final design and layout.  Upon completion of the construction, the customer provides final approval, and Pinnacle breaks down the exhibit, crates it, then ships or stores it for future use.
